Opening a current account in China for UAE companies
The service is suitable for companies of any jurisdiction and for any type of activity. Russian citizens among shareholders and directors are allowed. Available currencies are CNY, USD, RUB, EUR. Settlements with the Russian Federation in RUB and CNY are available.
Incoming payments are free of charge, outgoing payments from 0.2% of the amount.
Monthly maintenance 220 USD.
You are required to
- Commercial licence
- Partners (3-4 foreign companies (preferably not from the Russian Federation))
- Commercial register
- Membership certificate
- Latest audit annual report
- Memorandum of association agreement. Both English and Chinese versions;
Shareholder's passport - Company stamp and name stamp, the second one is made in the PRC
- Special entity code (Foreign Exchange Control Code, made in the PRC)
